Turkey Meatloaf
1 pound of ground turkey 1 box of Stovetop Turkey dressing 2 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp ground sage 1 tbsp minced garlic 200-250ml chicken stock Veggies - add either dehydrated veggie mix or you can sauté onion, celery, carrots etc Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl mix eggs, turkey, veg and spices. Add in the stuffing mix and add stock until quite moist. Let it sit for 5 minutes and add more stock as needed once the dried bread hydrates. Viral High Protein Cottage Cheese Queso Dip Recipe
½ lb lean ground beef ½ tsp salt ½ tsp garlic powder 2 cups cottage cheese ½ cup pepper jack cheese ½ cup Mexican cheese blend, or shredded cheddar 2 tbsp taco seasoning ½ cup water 4.5 oz diced green chiles Cook the ground beef with the salt and garlic powder in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain and set aside. Combine the cottage cheese, pepper jack, shredded cheddar blend, taco seasoning, and water in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
